1. How long does shipping take?

We offer worldwide shipping!

2. How long does order processing take?

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can check your tracking details anytime on our Track Your Order page.

4. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?

Tracking information can take 1–3 business days to update after shipping. If you still can’t see any updates after that time, please reach out to us at support@homeora.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be in processing or transit. Please contact us immediately at support@homeora.com if you need assistance.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
